Training FAQ's

  • Do you offer online or in-person training?

Both! Although currently all of the courses that are currently listed are only available online, we hope to be able to offer in-person courses again later on in 2021.

  • Is Clearcast Training for me?

Our training courses are designed for complete newcomers to the Advertising industry, as well as experienced professionals looking to brush up on their knowledge or take a deep dive into a topic of interest.

  • Where does the training take place?

Our in-person courses usually take place at our offices & training room. Details on how to find us can be found here. Alternatively, we may be able to bring training to you! We’ve previously travelled across the UK as well as Internationally. Get in touch to discuss this option.

  • How can I book?

The best way to book is via the website. However, if you would prefer to pay via invoice please email training@clearcast.co.uk.

  • Will I get a Certificate?

You will be issued a certificate for our CPD certified courses. This includes Agency / Advertiser, Broadcaster and Advanced.

  • Can you send me a recording of the training?

Unfortunately, this is not something that we offer at this time. We also do not permit delegates to record webinars.

  • What is your refund policy and other booking T&C’s?

  • Please could you let me know when new course dates are released?

The best ways to keep up to date with new course dates and announcements are by following us on Twitter and subscribing to our Newsletter (and choosing Training updates.) These are the first two places that we will announce anything new.

  • How does your online training work?

Online training is held via Zoom webinar. You will be sent a link to register for the webinar approximately 48 hours ahead of the training. We ask that you register for the training approximately 10-15 minutes ahead of the session and join the webinar link no later than 5 minutes prior to the start time. Your microphone and camera won’t be initially enabled but you will be able to see and hear the host and co-host. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions as we go through, including anonymously, as yourself, or by enabling your microphone to talk directly. There will also be some interactive elements such as polls.

  • Will I get a copy of the slides following training?

We cannot guarantee that we will send the slides following any training courses. However, we do endeavour to send you a copy of the key slides within 1 week of the course. We recommend that you make your own notes on the information which is the most helpful to you and hope that the key slides support what you have learned within the session. We do also welcome follow up questions via email to clarify or enquire about any points raised in the training.
