Mid-year review of service levels

As we’re over half way through the year, we thought we’d update you on how we’ve performed against our service level targets so far this year.

 

In January we announced we were increasing our target from 80% to 85% for responses to scripts within four days. Our other target was to continue to respond to 95% of filmed ads in two days.

 

Well we’re pleased to let you know we’ve exceeded this target for the first half of the year – in June we responed to¬†87% of scripts within four days and 97% of films within two.

 

We think that’s pretty good considering we read around 35,500 scripts each year, see over 61,000 films and often have to get technical/scientific claims supported by evidence and reviewed by a consultant!
