THE CURRENT COPYCENTRAL STATUS

CopyCentral Issues 25/02/20

You may experience delayed submission status updates, they may appear in filters they aren’t supposed to be and this is an issue caused by an upgrade to the system at the weekend. You will potentially also experience ‘lost’ submissions or newly created submissions which aren’t appearing at all. These submissions will appear eventually we believe the delayed time frame for all actions to be an hour. We are investigating with the highest priority and are still working as hard as we can to ensure there are no delays to your submissions being processed.
