IT Infrastructure Administrator (12-month FTC)
Salary: £32-35,000 pa, dependent on experience
Clearcast is a media company owned by ITV, Sky, Channel 4 and WarnerMedia and is best known for clearing ads for TV and broadcaster VoD services. Our mission is to get ads to air and keep them there, through services and systems ranging from training, media booking, advertising clearance and beyond.
We’re recruiting an IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our IT department on a 12-month contract. The department is responsible for the entire IT provision within Clearcast, ensuring continuity for all systems and users. They provide hybrid, desk-side and remote support to our 55 employees.
The IT Infrastructure Administrator’s role is to monitor and maintain all internal IT infrastructure ensuring high levels of availability and security, working alongside the IT and wider Clearcast team. The ideal candidate will be personable, approachable, and flexible as they may be asked to take on tasks outside of their immediate remit. They will actively participate in planning and implementation of procedures to ensure all systems meet company goals, industry best practice and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate must have Microsoft certifications covering Server Operating Systems, and experience with software installation and configuration. Qualifications in Office 365, Azure and Intune, as well as a Cisco Network or collaboration qualification are highly desirable. This is a busy role working with internal clients as well as external suppliers, so the ability to build good working relationships and good organisation and prioritisation skills are extremely important. The chosen candidate will be working with employees across the organisation, so they must have the ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
