“Meet the Consultant” sessions complement the copy clearance process by allowing advertisers to discuss on-going work or future campaigns. This service can be highly beneficial if an ads contains complex technical claims or promotes significant product developments.

“Meet the Consultant” days are arranged on a quarterly basis for those consultants we use most frequently, while meetings with other consultants are arranged on an ad hoc basis according to request.

Whilst it is not possible for us to clear specific scripts or claims at these meetings, they do allow the advertisers to engage in face-to-face discussions with our experts and receive helpful feedback to facilitate the clearance process.

The meetings cover the following areas:

• Cleaning products
• Cosmetics & Skincare
• Food, nutrition, and metabolism
• General medicine (on request)
• Toiletries

Meeting with consultants in other areas may be arranged on request.

The consultants, accompanied by a Clearcast representative, will be available on one day each quarter with four meetings scheduled per day at the following times- see below.

·         11:30 – 13:00

·         14:15 – 15:45

·         16:00 – 17:30
