New to TV Advertising?
If you are new to working with us or haven’t worked with us for some time, you may benefit from in-depth support through the copy clearance process.
Mani Sohanpal is our Senior Copy Executive dedicated to new business and helping companies who work with us infrequently. He’s on hand to help get you set up on Adway and offer you detailed guidance through the clearance process. Adway is our online submission system and is used for:
- Script submissions by agencies

- Communicating with agencies
- Dialogue back and forth about scripts
- Final approval of scripts
- Uploading of rough cut and finished ads
- Dialogue about rough cut and finished ads
- Approval of ads and information about any restrictions given

New users at an agency that is already registered with us can request a log in to use Adway.
Clearcast is broadcaster, agency and production house neutral and no organisation gets preferential terms. Adway is a standalone system and not currently integrated with any advertising agency, production house or advertising services systems. Where opportunities arise for integration they will be made available to third parties on equal terms.
