BACC Stakeholder Evaluation
In July 2005 Judy Goate, Head of Customer Operations, commissioned a research and analysis project to identify BACC's strengths and weaknesses as perceived by advertising agencies. 

The aim of this qualitative study will contribute to the formulation of BACC's internal and external communication strategy, as well as influencing organisational development and operational focus for the future.

BACC's Stakeholder Evaluation was published and circulated in hard copy to participants and interested parties in October 2005 and is available online here: BACCStakeholderEvaluation.pdf.

BACC Communications Strategy
