Agency Survey 2009

Earlier in the year we invited around 700 regular agency contacts to complete our first agency survey. We structured the survey to get feedback both on what we felt were important areas to us and also to identify additional areas that were important to agencies.

 

We promised to publish the results and they are summarised in this pdf. It’s hard to bring the depth of this feedback alive in this summary (it spans 37 pages when printed), but every comment was read and the key points were discussed by Clearcast staff at an awayday in June as part of a review of how we work.
